BBC online warehouse
Task: DIMALEX's first challenge was to create online tool for BBC's clients. Main purpose of the application was to reduce shipment and storage costs by optimizing vehicle and warehouse usage. During development, we figured out that it wasn't enough to just provide useful tools to customers - they should be able to synchronize the app with existing ERP systems.
DIMALEX developed a web-based front-end application for BBC's legacy logistics ERP system. This front-end allowed their clients to track order statuses, get online assistance and use self-service features. Also XML API was developed to help BBC's clients' information systems be integrated into BBC's ERP.
