We figured out that we needed flexible email notification and subscription system for on-time responses to information updates. By using subscriptions user can receive relevant updates, new vacancies/resumes right from the site DB. We also created very flexible search filter for convenience of search and navigation through the site sections. This filter allows DB search by section, salary,creation date, other fields, etc.
